Vevan was created with the idea that cheese lovers should be able to experience great cheese, whether it includes dairy or not. Part of loving cheese is being able to reach in the fridge and grab a wedge or a slice and savor it on its own.
The problem is, most dairy-free cheese options make it hard to even consider eating it cold and plain. In our view, that’s not good enough. You shouldn’t have to hide your cheese in a recipe. It should be able to stand on its own.

We have people sample Vevan straight out of the package and guess what they tell us? They say it tastes just like cheese you get from the deli counter. We serve it on cheese platters to unknowing guests and guess what they tell us? Nothing at all. (As in, they didn’t even notice it wasn’t traditional cheese!)
