What You’ll Need
- 8 slices French baguette
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 – 8.5 oz. container Vevan Marinated Antipasti
- 2 tsp. basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
Here’s How
- Heat oven to broil.
- Place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast until just golden.
- Remove from oven and rub each slice of bread with the garlic clove.
- Divide the Vevan Marinated Antipasti amongst the 8 slices of bread. Use as much or little of the oil as desired.
- Top each with basil and lemon zest. Enjoy!
