What You’ll Need
- 4 slices, bread of choice, toasted
- 2 slices, Vevan Ched-Melts
- ¾ cup Just Egg® plant-based scramble
- Optional toppings: Slices of avocado, tomato, and onions
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Here’s How
- In a non-stick skillet over a medium-high heat, cook the Just Egg plant-based scramble until done.
- Remove pan from heat and divide scramble into two and top each with a slice of Vevan Ched-Melts. Cover with a lid or plate for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
- Assemble your sandwiches with scramble and cheese and your desired toppings.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
