What You’ll Need

  • 4 slices, bread of choice, toasted
  • 2 slices, Vevan Ched-Melts
  • ¾ cup Just Egg® plant-based scramble
  • Optional toppings: Slices of avocado, tomato, and onions
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Here’s How

  1. In a non-stick skillet over a medium-high heat, cook the Just Egg plant-based scramble until done.
  2. Remove pan from heat and divide scramble into two and top each with a slice of Vevan Ched-Melts. Cover with a lid or plate for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
  3. Assemble your sandwiches with scramble and cheese and your desired toppings.
  4. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
