Green Chili Breakfast Sandwich

What You’ll Need

  • 1 egg (or egg alternative)
  • 1 bun (gluten-free, if preferred)
  • ½ cup fresh greens
  • 1 slice Vevan P’Jack-Melts
  • 1–2 Tbsp. diced green chilis
  • Optional toppings: sliced tomato, sliced avocado, breakfast sausage, sliced ham or turkey

Here’s How

  • Prepare egg as desired (fried, scrambled, poached, etc.).
  • Toast bun in toaster.
  • Layer bun with fresh greens, egg, Vevan P’Jack-Melts, green chilis and additional toppings, if desired.
