Marinated Antipasti Bruschetta

What You’ll Need

  • 8 slices French baguette
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 – 8.5 oz. container Vevan Marinated Antipasti
  • 2 tsp. basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

Here’s How

  1. Heat oven to broil.
  2. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast until just golden.
  3. Remove from oven and rub each slice of bread with the garlic clove.
  4. Divide the Vevan Marinated Antipasti amongst the 8 slices of bread. Use as much or little of the oil as desired.
  5. Top each with basil and lemon zest. Enjoy!
