- ± 40 assorted vegan cookies of your choice – We used ginger snaps, lemon snaps, sugar cookies, snickerdoodles. Gluten-free for gluten-free option
Here’s How
- Whisk Vevan Caramelized Peach & Maple UnCreamCheese in a stand mixer for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Place in a piping bag or use a teaspoon to spread about 1-2 teaspoonfuls of filling onto each cookie, top with remaining cookie to make a sandwich.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
